Sustainably Driven
It doesn't stop with our use of fresh local food. Our used cooking oil ends up as fuel to power farm equipment and heat campus greenhouses. Food waste is turned to compostable pulp. These are but a few of the ways we work to create and maintain a healthy environment.
UNH Dining strives to source as much local food as possible, including right here on campus with the help of Farm to UNH.
