The Apartment Prep Crew provides UNH students with consistently clean, healthy, safe and homey environments in the on-campus apartments. This crew is responsible for overall upkeep, painting, repairs, cleaning and grounds in the Gables and Woodside complexes. Employees will be assigned primary areas of focus once hired.?On-the-job training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Lifting and physical labor are significant aspects of the job. Ideal candidates are flexible and reliable, have a strong work ethic, have high attention to detail, and work well in team settings.
The Summer Conference staff is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to provide customer service to groups visiting the UNH campus this summer. Hospitality Prep Crew (HPC) staff are expected assist Summer Conference Managers in providing superior customer service to summer guests to on-campus housing and provide excellent customer service during check-ins and check-outs and for guests’ duration on campus.
UNH Housing Networked Systems staff are looking for individuals to assist in maintenance, repair, and upgrades to the Housing card access system. The summer staff will report to Housing Networked Systems full time staff. The position’s core function is to prepare card access system hardware for use by Housing residents in the fall. On-the-job training will be provided. Employees will be trained in the use of basic power and hand tools.
The Housekeeping crew will be hiring dependable individuals to move furniture, clean windows and surfaces, and sweep/vacuum in preparation for incoming summer and fall occupants. ?We are looking for staff who are flexible, reliable, and have a good work ethic and attention to detail. Employees will be assigned primary areas of focus once hired. Specialized positions in laundry maintenance may be available – see below.
