Torrington Properties
UNH has partnered with Torrington Properties to provide off-campus housing in Durham.
This building consists of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartment units, with a full kitchen, bathroom, a flat-screen TV, plus a desk and armoire in each bedroom.?Rent is $895 a month per person for two, three and four person apartments. One-bedroom apartments are $1600 per month, typically for a couple.?Heat, hot water, cable, and WIFI are included. The tenant will be responsible for electricity and the bill is divided equally among the residents of each unit.?Amenities such as onsite fitness center, two laundry facilities on site, resident study lounge and free parking are included.?Wildcat transit runs regularly during the academic year and building is within walking distance.?
