Winter Break Housing
Only specific on-campus housing buildings remain open during Winter Break (December/January). These buildings are designated as "break housing." All other (non-break housing) buildings close and students are required to leave (they do not have to remove their belongings if they are returning in Spring) for the duration of Winter Break. Students who have an anticipated need of remaining on campus during any portion of Winter Break are encouraged to select a space in a break housing building during housing selection. Students in break housing buildings can come-and-go as they need during Winter Break.?Dining operations may be limited and students should check UNH Dining hours for more information.
The rate for living in a break housing designated building is an additional $50.00 (per semester), which is built directly into the student's semesterly housing charges.
