Donna Phofolos
- BFA Drama,?Syracuse University
Growing up as an Army "brat," Donna lived in places from Kansas to Panama, which likely contributed to her adaptability through many career iterations. After spending a decade working as an actress in New York and Los Angeles, Donna shifted to a more grounded life in New Hampshire, where she took on managing her family's restaurant, the "Fish Shanty" in Dover.
Her passion for helping others emerged while volunteering at her sons’ schools, eventually leading to her role as a teacher's assistant in the Preschool Special Education program in Barrington. After 13 years in education, she sought new opportunities, which led her to her current role at Health and Wellness. While focused on the administrative side of healthcare, Donna loves working in an environment that prioritizes the whole person's well-being.
Throughout her career transitions, Donna's love for the arts remained constant. She believes in the arts' power to impact the mind, body, and spirit, enjoying various creative outlets like performing on local stages, singing, dancing, and appreciating books, food, music, and films.
She is the proud mother of two fine young men who are beautiful reminders to stay fit and hip!
