If you choose to consume alcohol, learn how to reduce risks for harm to your body, your brain, your peers, your reputation, and academic performance. ?This class is particularly helpful to any student in the psychology, social work, or other human services field who wants to take a deeper dive into understanding harm reduction, neuroscience and addiction.??

Yoga for Every Body with Jordan

Build a positive relationship with your body through mindful movement, self-compassion, and awareness. Rather than aiming for perfection, this practice emphasizes how the body feels in each pose through gentle movements, breathwork, and a focus on self-acceptance and kindness toward the body.
