EATING CONCERNS AWARENESS WEEK Join the Nutrition and Eating Concerns Inters in raising awareness about eating disorders and promoting healthy body image. Monday 2/24 Yoga for Every Body with Jordan Hamel Rec Center, Studio 2, 5pm Build a positive relationship with your body through mindful movement, self-compassion, and awareness. Rather than aiming for perfection, this practice emphasizes how the body feels in each pose through gentle movements, breathwork, and a focus on self-acceptance and kindness toward the body.
Tuesday 2/25 Bands of Confidence Bracelet Making MUB Union Court, 2:00-4:00pm Stop by and join us in creating colorful wristbands as symbols of body positivity and self-love, where each participant writes a positive affirmation about themselves on their bracelet as a reminder to always be grateful for what our bodies do for us.
Wednesday 2/26 Releasing Judgement: A Body Neutral Mediation with Kathleen Health & Wellness, Rm 215, 12:30-1pm Let go of self-criticism and embrace the present moment. This guided meditation invites you to shift from judgment to neutrality, recognizing your body for what it is—your home. No pressure, no expectations—just space to breathe, exist, and appreciate yourself as you are.

Share your favorite way to move, whether it’s dancing, stretching, lifting, or taking a walk. Let’s celebrate all the ways our bodies love to move!
