Senior Vice Provost for Research Steps Down

Jan Nisbet has stepped down as senior vice provost for research, a position she held since 2009.
A professor of education, Nisbet helped guide the initiative that led to UNH attaining an R1 research rating from the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.
She was the founding director of UNH’s Institute on Disability.
