Diane Silva Pimentel has just been named a 2016 Jhumki Basu Scholar by the National Association of Research in Science Teaching (NARST). This competitive award is made by the Equity and Ethics Committee of NARST to support conference travel and participation in the Jhumki Basu Scholars Symposium at the annual NARST conference, and followed by presenting her research next year at NARST.
