Jennifer Calawa?earned a B.S. in biology?with a minor in astronomy at Grove City College?in 2016. Currently, Jennifer is a doctoral candidate in the Molecular, Cellular, and Biomedical Sciences?department at UNH. Her educational research focuses on improving microbiology education for nursing students to improve healthcare outcomes in hospital settings.??She is passionate about public science education, college teaching, and glow-in-the-dark bacteria.
