The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Chemical Engineering. At the BS level, all?courses in the department are taught by full-time faculty, and many of our undergraduates are engaged in research and summer internships.?Several ChE faculty have received awards both at the university and at national levels including awards for teaching excellence.
Our undergraduate program offers a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Bioengineering. Departmental options provide students with an additional opportunity to focus on special areas of interest. Current options are Bioengineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering.??
Our graduate program offers the MEng, MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering. For graduate students, we offer research opportunities in biofuels, biomedical engineering, biochemical engineering, electrochemical engineering, advanced materials, energy, and environmental engineering. Many of our graduate students are fully supported by teaching or research assistantships.
