JP was a junior studying English: Digital Studies at the University of New Hampshire when he interned at St Stephen’s Youth Programs, a non-profit organization that promotes equity in education, employment, and opportunity through their long term relationships with youth and their families and communities. JP worked as a Communications and Development fellow, running St Stephen’s Youth Programs social media pages, as well as working in the resource center with kids. The most exciting part of working with this organization was the energy and passion of the staff, that ensures the needs of the kids are met even during a challenging pandemic. JP’s eyes were opened to the life changing work St Stephen’s Youth Programs is doing, and with his passion for education he hopes to continue to work and develop equitable education.
