2023 Research Communications Academy
UNH’s fifth annual?Research Communications Academy, scheduled to be in-person during spring semester 2023, provides intensive communications training to a select cohort of 24 UNH faculty members, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and research staff from all schools, colleges, institutes and disciplines, as well as to NH Biomade?team members. The 2023 RCA will launch with a two-day in-person workshop led by the Alda Center for Communicating Science (ACCS) on January 5 and 6, 2023 (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Those selected for the RCA 2023 cohort will attend up to five additional meetings and trainings in January, February and March, 2023 and will be encouraged to participate in a public research communications opportunity such as UNH’s 3 Minute Thesis competition (graduate students) or Sips of Science.
In addition, the 2023 RCA will offer virtual and in-person workshops on creating better conference posters and mastering social media that will be open to the entire UNH community.
