PowerPlay Interactive Development utilizes professional actors and Applied Theatre techniques to address issues around personal, professional, and institutional development. We use Interactive Theatre as a method to spark dialogue about institutional climate and culture and improve performance in the workplace.?
Bias & Awareness Intervention
This interactive workshop allows participants to take in moments of bias from the perspective of the bystander and then play the experimenter and director from the comfort of their chair. The facilitated session allows participants to identify incidents of bias and then explore different ways to address those issues in a positive and constructive way.
