"Health for All - History and Humanity" brings together scholars from around the world to share historical and global health research in honor of UNH Professor Emeritus of Anthropology Joe L.P. Lugalla and to mark 45 years since the landmark World Health Organization and UNICEF Conference on Primary Health Care at Alma-Ata that made the global declaration of "Health for All." Talks will range from Joe's impactful advocacy and on-the-ground research in his home country of Tanzania, to new findings of the history of global health policy, development, maternal health, and child welfare.
