We are excited to introduce Laura French as the new Supervisor of the UNH Dairy Bar! Laura joins us with nearly a decade of experience managing a Subway restaurant and additional experience working at Cold Stone Creamery. Her passion for food and commitment to quality make her the perfect fit for our team.
Laura steps into the role following the retirement of Jane Calef last spring. Jane had been the supervisor and the face of the Dairy Bar since its reboot in 2008, when it transformed from a simple eatery and ice cream shop into a local, sustainable restaurant focused on fresh, seasonal, green, and organic ingredients—many of which are grown right here in the UNH High Tunnels.
While we will certainly miss Jane and her years of leadership, we are excited to welcome Laura, who is eager to continue this tradition and start a new chapter at the Dairy Bar.
